If you are from UK, you should already have it in your suite. If you do not live in UK, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click Here (will redierct you to the UK version of Stardoll) and log in.
Step 2: Wait to the page loads.
The boots should be in a Puss In Boots bag in your suite.
