Step 1: Click Here (might be slow) , log in and then complete the quiz.
Step 2: Click the enter competition button (wait for it to say your contest entry has been submitted), then return to your normal Stardoll
Step 3: Log in and then go to your suite. It should be there in a Starplaza box!!
