If you live in UK, log in, click Here and then join the Kinect club. If you don't live in Uk, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click Here, log in and then join the Kinect club.
Step 2: Wait for the page to load and then go to your normal Stardoll
Step 3: Log in and go to your suite. It should be there in a Kinect Sport's bag.
